Peer to Peer

The purpose of the peer-peer program is for University Advancement employees and supervisors to directly recognize UA colleagues for performance or actions that represent Excellence, Integrity, Respect and Collaboration.


Eligibility 

All UA employees including employees who are new in role are eligible to receive recognition. Student assistants are eligible to receive recognition, but not a reward for the recognition. 


How to send Recognition

Reward and Quarterly Drawing 

Step 1: Notify us of your nomination using the link provided below.
Step 2: Please notify your nominee of their nomination using the Canva template.

Please add your nomination on this form  so that we may send your nominee a $10.00 reward and ensure that they are entered into the quarterly drawing at the next all staff. Please note that nominees can receive an unlimited number of nominations, but a maximum of three $10.00 rewards per calendar year. If you do not add them on this form within the quarter that your nomination was sent, we will be unable to send a reward to your nominee and they will not be included in the quarterly drawing. 


Canva template & Instructions 

Please use this Canva template below to create and notify your nominee of your Peer-Peer recognition! (You must have a Canva account to access this template, sign up for free here). 

You have two designs to choose from (Page 1 and scroll down to see Page 2). Select your page and double click within the text block to highlight the text, delete, then type your own custom message. Once finished, select ‘Share’ in the top right corner, then select the ‘Download’ tab. For file type, pick either PNG or JPEG (either is fine), leave ‘Size’ set to 1050x600px, and under ‘Select pages’ make sure the page design you chose is checked.

Now click the ‘Download’ button and you are set! Attach the image to your email and send it off!
